The Brief

Business transformation specialist Keogh Consulting is a renowned collaborator for guiding workplace culture improvements to organisations in Western Australia and Queensland. The Company wanted to expand its existing network of C-suite executives to explore new markets and raise profile among existing sectors and audiences. Keogh had also developed an innovative solution in partnership with Perth-based data analytics specialist 4CDA, allowing companies to forecast and model corporate performance.

Our Approach

Speaking to a small amount of highly targeted people was going to deliver greater desired results than going to the masses. The campaign delivered quality over quantity.

Spoke proposed ‘A Night of Culture with Keogh’ – an intimate VIP event where Keogh would unveil the newly developed culture tool – a world first solution that gives business leaders the ability to maximise their investment in culture.

The evening involved dinner at a renowned Perth venue with special guests Peter Mann former AFL champion, inaugural captain and current Board member of the Fremantle Dockers, and Bourby Webster, founder and CEO of Perth Symphony Orchestra, who shared career insights into how leadership and an engaging culture enables peak performance and greater results.

The venue boasted a mixture of aged and modern décor, which perfectly captured the essence of transformation while representing old and new beliefs in business.

A staggered three-phase engagement plan was developed for approaching guests and encouraging attendance.

The Results

  • Secured attendance from 18 business leaders, providing an opportunity to form new relationships/connections
  • Correlation/association created between Keogh and prestigious identities in the business sector
  • Powerful images and video footage captured for use on social media channels and other marketing assets.
  • Put Keogh on the map for several business leaders – not just those who attended but also those approached during the pre-event phase. Several invited guests who couldn’t attend said they would like to be considered for future events
