Spoke developed an integrated media strategy that combined structuring two exclusives – the first for international media and the second focused on mainstream national press here in Australia. The remit saw two media statements drafted, with the first tailored for international business media including Reuters and Bloomberg, and the second a national story focused on the domestic markets. The program was managed and implemented during an intense three-week duration. Given the size of companies involved, there was a thorough and comprehensive governance process to confirm amendments and ultimately approvals on both the content and the recommended approach.
